5. Write down al behaviors you would like to correct/change.
6. Is your dog crate trained? If yes, does he like it? If no, why not?
7. If you could have the perfect dog what would he be like?
8. Are you interested in showing your dog?
9. If yes, show in which categories?
10. Have you ever shown a dog before? If yes, tell me about it.
